KYOWA offers an initial in depth manufacturing site survey carried out by metalworking fluid technicians and fluid management consultants. The survey looks at all operations and processes impacted by the cutting fluid, resulting in a detailed plan of potential improvements using KYOWA technology. The survey provides a plan of how costs can be saved across the full manufacturing process, rather than simply look at “cost per litre” savings. During the survey process, our engineers will look at:
- Fluid technology on site
- Strength
- Tooling cost
- Waste management
- Maintenance costs
- Downtime minimization
- Health and safety requirements
- Training on lubricant ‘best practices’ to employees

We have 60 years’ experience of working at our customers' sites, providing high levels of technical service and support. KYOWA engineers can be based at a customer’s site to assist with all areas of plant lubrication, including:

- Providing advice and support on lubricant machinery requirements and modifications

Fluids Live is an easy to navigate, web based, recording, tracking and reporting tool with integrated KPI measurements; to give maintenance and production engineers immediate and remote access to the current condition of fluids in use.
Information can be updated within 48 hours from the time of collection of data giving users all of the information from which to make informed decisions on maintenance scheduling, production planning and other operational activities.
Reporting data is broken down to the necessary levels, from company-wide to a specific machine, illustrating consumption figures, providing in-depth information for management teams.
STANDARD WEEKLY REPORTING
Shows consumption broken down to the required level. Allows reason to be inputted, i.e. leak, normal consumption, cleanout etc. This clearly illustrates the reasons behind consumption figures, providing more information to management teams.
EXCEPTIONS REPORTING
Highlights high consumption. Ensures leaks do not go unnoticed, providing the opportunity for quick reaction, thus reducing consumption costs.
CONSUMPTION REPORTING
Illustrates product usage at any level, from department to an individual machine.
AUTOMATED SCHEDULING
Allows management to schedule workload and edit as required, with no limit to the number of schedules able to be planned.
DATA CAPTURE
Capture data easily via handheld units. Data available to management as soon as synchronization is complete. An alternative manual data entry option is also available.
